While The Handmaid's Tale caused a more immediate impact on me, The Testaments took a bit more time to get my interest but I still think it's a good book.
It gets us through three life stories that eventually lead to a better understanding about how the Gilead society colapsed. The one I liked the most was Aunt Lydia's of course, who doesn't want to know how they think?
Conserning the other 2 protagonists perhaps the author could have cut some trivial aspects of the girls lives just to keep the book more flowy, we don't need to know every single thought their having...
