This is more of a 3.5 stars, almost a 4 stars. (Mostly because I disliked the ending).
Great characters and an interesting story. I enjoyed the stories told by each of the characters and really feel that Maitland has a gift for writing complicated characters. I did not care for the ending because I feel like there was no conclusion...or maybe that was the conclusion. In any case, I would still recommend this book to others.
