The Heart's Invisible Furies by John Boyne

5.0

If Goodreads let me give out 6 stars, this book would get 6 stars.

Cyril Avery may be my favorite character in literature.
He's an adorably, flawed human that lived quite a life.
I couldn't help but root for him.
There's not much to say about this book, other than if the synopsis sounds intriguing, pick it up.
It has so much heart, and I was surprised at how many times I laughed considering the serious topics covered.
Fan-freaking-tastic.
