The Blond Devil of the Sea by Celeste Barclay

1.0

DNF at 20ish percent. This is beyond bananas, it just doesn’t make any sense.

To start, how is the heroine so adept at fighting and killing when none of the others in her smuggling ring are?

Also, her take-charge attitude during her first sexual encounter with this experienced man? After being captured by him like a couple hours ago? BIZARRE.

And the vocabulary used… those were some choices.

This book is (I’m not trying to be mean) stupid.
