Let's Go (So We Can Get Back): A Memoir of Recording and Discording with Wilco, Etc. by Jeff Tweedy
5.0
This book was wonderfully written, and has a familiar tone if you're a Wilco fan. We follow the life of Jeff Tweedy, and his musical journey from Uncle Tupelo to Wilco, to his father-son band Tweedy. Sprinkled in are some of the best statements on creativity and songwriting I've ever read. It changed the way I think about songwriting and the true work of making music. This book was inspiring, and I was sad when it was over.
