The Book of Hope: A Survival Guide for Trying Times by Jane Goodall

4.0

I highly recommend this book. I started reading the ebook, and my library loan ended, so I picked up with the audiobook, and it was so worthwhile to listen to this one! The interview between Abrams and Jane Goodall is recorded by their own voices, which is really special. The book is clearly inspired by the Book of Joy which I also really loved.

Goodall shares so many inspiring stories about nature and resilience and hope. Her distinction between faith, optimism, and hope are compelling, and as I reader I was convinced to have hope for nature, humans, and the future.
