The Human Division continues the story started in Old Man’s War where the Colonial Union decides to wage war on everyone. I truly love Scalzi writing style and this book does not disappoint, the structure being a little different, it has more in common with a collection of short stories than a full book. It is only after reading for a while that it is possible to see all the different stories coming together.
I find this way of storytelling refreshing and kept me interest in the different events and their outcome. There is no B stories here and all the different protagonist have an interesting arc. This book is a definitive must have if you love the universe created by Scalzi.
