Overall a beautiful story about hope, home, identity and love in all its different forms.
I enjoyed most of this book but some of the relationships felt a little forced and a couple of the characters felt flat and unlikeable at times.
The main characters immediately captured my heart though and the overall story is deeply touching and stays with you for a while after closing the book.
