Kaiya has decided to take the job with Lady Frexin and is put on a dangerous mission with none other than the aggravating Fae prince, Jaiel, as her partner. This mission not only threatens her life, but also shows her who her real allies are. Full of mystery, adventure, darkness, treachery, and spice, 'Bonds of the Forsaken' kept me spellbound.
Most characters were loveable, some were not, but their emotions were realistic and believable. The story is written beautifully. I felt like I was on the mission with Kaiya and Jaiel. The world that Ms. Moto has created is absolutely stunning and unique. I cannot wait to read more of this series.
Note: I do recommend reading the prequel 'Forsaken Secrets' before reading this one. It is not needed to understand the book but it does give a good bit of background.
