I do wish this wasn't so obviously written by a man but I feel a woman wouldn't have made the main character so driven by thinking about her next lay. I hope book 2 isn't as annoying because beyond that I found the storyline fun and the characters compelling.
Please check trigger warnings though because the topic in the prologue almost had me putting down the book before I truly began.
