I don't much feel like writing a full review, so here are some points I want to touch upon:
-- Writing is still solid. Not especially impressive, but the story doesn't ever suffer because of it.
-- The story is getting more interesting. Still pretty vague about this whole "purpose" thing, but it doesn't feel boring, despite how little really goes on.
-- This book made me cry; it gets points just for that. The death scene did me in, and I teared up any time
SpoilerClara's mom was talking about how she was dying, especially when Jeffery was involved.

-- The love triangle is pretty well done. I feel torn much in the same way Clara does-- when she's with one boy, she feels like the feelings she has for him are undeniable. I loved the scenes with both Christian and Tucker, and I preferred whichever one Clara was with at the time. By the end of the book. I was definitely leaning more towards Christian, but I could probably be swayed back to Tucker.
Overall, I'd say so far that this series is good, but nothing super impressive. I enjoy reading the books, and I'm really looking forward to finding out how it ends.
