I liked the story, but the main character annoyed the hell out of me and I cannot tell if that was intentional or not. I also didn't like the end of the book (shocking...), but I understand the reasoning. I have deducted 1 star for the irritating main character, half star for the ending, and a half star for some of the author's juvenile writing style
