I loved the magic system in this book! The use of the tarot cards was really creative! The romance was super slow burn (no spice til about 85%) and I wish there was just a tiny bit more character connection. Kaelis is still holding on to some secrets that I *NEED* to know. In fact, there’s quite a few secrets left that have me dying for the next book, especially after that cliffhanger 😳
