A Room of One's Own by Virginia Woolf

3.0

This is my 1st Virginia Wolf and I will definitely be checking out her collection of literary criticism, as her writing style is propulsive and complex and kept me engaged. But, this book ultimately felt a little disappointing. The structure of Wolf’s ideas is too meandering and somehow disorganized for me, with long digressions that don’t serve the main arguments. Wolf’s voice is amazing though, and I’m eager to see if I like any of her other books!
