Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't by Jim Collins

1.0

Psuedo b-school nonsense. Authors wrote a book that entirely confuses causation with correlation. Every concept has been over simplified and lacks any sort of meaningful punch. Case studies read like your 8 year old nephew who tells run on stories watched Bloomberg instead of Sesame Street.

One redeeming factor is that it is full of pithy catchphrases that you can use to infuriate your co-workers.

Save yourself the time, Google the chapter names and start using phrases like "Flywheel" and "lets get the right people on the bus" for the same effect.
