I did not enjoy this book as much as the previous ones. There were so many battle scenes, I missed the romance at some point. I also wasn't surprised at Bones's "death" and resurrection (but maybe that was due to the fact that I know that the series continues). I really grew fond of Ian and Vlad - and simultaneously hated the Tate scenes at the fair and in the car, that was so unnecessary and really made me hate the character more. In hope for better content ahead I am ready to continue with book 4
