I couldn’t put this down and it consumed my thoughts even when not reading it. Absolutely courageous reflection and sharing of a tragedy so many have faced. And Eileen bravely digs to uncover answers to the many whys of addiction. It’s telling that the story angers some readers (other reviews here). A testament to the expertly written difficult truths the author laid bare.
