Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life by Ryan Nicodemus, Joshua Fields Millburn

hopeful informative inspiring lighthearted fast-paced

4.0

This book expands upon the 5 Core Values that the Minimalists hold:

Health
Relationships
Passions
Growth
Contribution

They make the claim that you need to have all of these things working in tandem in order to have a meaningful life. It honestly reminds me of The Princess Bride when the count says “if you haven’t got your health you haven’t got anything” 😂. But aspects of this are true, you need to make sure you are contributing to others, attempting to work on your own personal growth, making time for your passions, carving out time for the people closest to you, and working on your health. If all of these can come together then I think life can be better for people than they could imagine.
