The Three Lives of Cate Kay
by Kate Fagan
I like the blurb on the cover that describes this book as “bighearted”! While the characters struggle with finding themselves from high school to their 30s, it didn’t feel overwhelmingly sad. Instead it was a collection of lives and love and just figuring shit out. I kinda wish I could read the book that the main character wrote but it was fun to be in the world of an anonymous writer and see how intensely the world consumed her work. Very cute ending too <3
