To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

5.0

I think there are such a shortage of words that exist in the English language, to describe the amount of joy and wonderful feelings this book, and these characters, made me feel.

Seeing all of this racial prejudice through the eyes of an innocent young girl, who may or may not fully understand the true harshness of the subject matter, was truly beautiful writing.

It's just after midnight and I knew that I couldn't put it down until I had finished it, because the ending that I read, though shall now spoil, is something that will be in my dreams for many weeks to come.

To Kill A Mockingbird is a classic tale with so much depth to it, and I think everyone should have this on their shelves and read it at least five times in their whole lives. I know I will.
