This was such a cute book! Mainly I grabbed this because I needed any audiobook to listen to while I was at work and I am so glad that I did. I always enjoy a simple, cute, smutty romance with a decent plot.
I wasn't aware that this was a series, but it seems they're all standalones which is nice. Kelsey and Declan are adorable! It's for sure a 4 star read for me - I think I just don't like animals in books (not really an animal person honestly). And I couldn't get past the dog's name; I hated it so much and it just made me cringe.
It's a given to get some millennial cringe with a romance like this, however, the smutty scenes were never cringe to me - the author used the actual words for body parts rather than something ridiculous. Easy read (or listen in my case), adorable romance, NO third act breakup (hate those), and a decent plot with a little twist.
