I am so thankful I forgot this series somehow and now I have the privilege of re-experiencing them for the first time. I very vaguely remembered the premise/magic system of these novels from like 4 years ago but I forgot all the little twist and turns. Such incredible writing and damn the magic system is so hella good. I felt like the end left many more questions than answers and left some things rushed/disjointed which is the only reason this didn’t earn 5 stars. Overall very happy I picked this series up again.
