Stunning. The prose in this book was a delight to read, and I found myself getting lost in the break room at my office (a very difficult place to lose yourself in a book). Every time things were going awry, the author sculpted circe into an impossibly more dimensional being, full of faults and beauties and powers and philosophies. I was excited to move on to Song of Achilles but I’m worried now that it will disappoint!
