whew. heartbreaking and beautiful and leaves me feeling so sad and a little lost but not in a bad way I’m just kinda in a daze by this book and this series… I cannot imagine having a lifelong opp like Lila and Lenu omgggggg. so much unsaid between these two characters that felt frustrating at times but i just had to remember it’s not in their nature their relationship was always going to be this confusing but exciting push and pull of love and hate and jealousy and admiration. their relationship is soooo crazy to me. i’m excited to reread these later and find threads I missed the first time around. I kinda can’t believe how far we’ve come and also how little their relationship has changed… idk if i’m making any sense because I have a lot of thoughts and I’m very sleepy but I loved this book I was actually setting it down after certain chapters because I was so gagged lmao and the ending leaves me unsatisfied but only because I want to keep reading about lina and lenu forever but where these stories end makes sense and I think I can find peace in these characters resting there
