This was... a roller coaster. And not the great kind, but the kind that gets set up in a day and you're kind of worried about it's safety.

I'll give it one thing, the intensity and tension we're off the charts. But there was just SO much going on. At times it felt like a classic bully romance, but then it got murder-y, and then it seemed like it was trying to be a mafia romance sans mafia?

All in all, a good quick read, but DO NOT ignore the triggers, this sh*t is DARK.
