The Frugal Wizard's Handbook for Surviving Medieval England
by Brandon Sanderson
⭐️3.5 Stars⭐️
I had a lot of fun reading this book. The premise is so creative! Compared to many of Sanderson's other books, it wasn't very deep or "plot twisty." But it was still a very fun, easy read. Character development was good , and some important messages about self-worth and stopping bad momentum.
The art was spectacular. I enjoyed the inserts from the Frugal Wizard guidebook. Some of the humor was a miss for me, but it was enjoyable overall.
Also, I love stupid puns, so "carp diem" was right up my alley.
