For Whom the Ball Rolls by Dav Pilkey

5.0

Now that my seven-year old has taken to (mostly) reading on his own, this was the first Dogman that I didn't get to read to him. As I've enjoyed the series so far, I decided to read it anyway - and I loved it. Possibly more than my kids did. There were tons of silly jokes (that made me laugh), but the themes of redemption, hope and the father-son relationship between the Peteys is the real strength of the story. Best Dogman yet.
