I loved that Hell Bent picks up where Ninth House left off, on the rescue mission to get the Gentman Demon earth side. Now a lot has to take place before that mission is reached, and this was surprisingly sub plot heavy. But I thoroughly enjoyed the wild ride and the backstory for some of our beloved characters, Tripp and Turner in particular. I also loved how much of a hell raiser Alex has become and how far she’s come just as a person looking for her chosen family.
