Oh wow.. This is the hardest book to review so far. I really really liked the story. But unfortunately, mostly hated the execution. I almost DNFd this so many times but in the end I did finish it, although skipping most of the diary parts and also just browsing through some other parts.
But as I said, I really liked the story. And I've liked Josh Malerman's other books I've read but for some reason I just didn't like the way this book was written at all.
