Capitalist Realism: Is There No Alternative? by Mark Fisher

5.0

A lot of this short book went over my head, with many references to Jameson, Zizek, Kafka, and other philosophers. The language was also challenging for me.

That said, it was still informative, giving many areas of further reading.
I especially enjoyed Fisher's analysis of films and how they were shaped by Capitalist Realism, as well as its role in today's world.
