Neanderthal Seeks Human is the second book I read by Penny Reid. I like the author's writing and the relationship she builds with her characters.
Both Jaine & Quinn have dysfunctional families, but Janie has a good circle of friends that she can rely on.
Janie isn't your typical heroine, and she's weird but endearingly. She had her share of quirks, always rambling about some little-known and often irrelevant fact.
Quinn is just full of surprises. The romance was slow to build but oh so sweet.
