Genuinely one of the most devastating yet hopeful books I have ever read. Incredibly moving!!!
I wasn't too sure from the start about the child's POV and I thiught it may change/alternate, but it didn't and now I'm kind of glad it didn't. I was also worried the ending would fall flat but i feel as though it was a good resolution and was very touching!!! Especially Jack realising what Room was really like and finally getting the nerves to say goodbye!
I feel like I can't say much on it without giving away too many spoilers, but its definitely one of the best &most emotive books I have ever read.
