I’ve been waiting for this book from the moment the last book ended. I’m a very character driven reader and let me tell you Ian and Maddie do not disappoint!! Their banter is so good and even though I’m not a huge fan of work place romance, I thought this was written perfectly. I didn’t even mind that it was in this book. Maddie is a single mom and her whole world revolves around her son, Grant. While out one night she kisses a random sexy stranger. Thinking she will never see him again she goes into her new job and lo and behold her new boss is no other than Ian Hastings, the man she had randomly kissed. The tension is tensioning. Their chemistry is fantastic. You also find out something from their past that had me squealing. This is a fade to black romance but dang does it get steamy without going too far. My favorite Judy Corry book is “Her football star ex” and the feels were the same while reading this book! The next book in the series is going to be sooooo good!
Thank you so much Judy Corry for sending me the arc!
