I found this to be an incredibly vulnerable, brave, open and honest memoir about one millennial's struggles with drinking/alcoholism, self-love, social media and overall life contentment. As someone who grew up around the same time as the author, I related to so much of her story and feel like this should be a must-read! She voices challenges that I feel like so many of us are facing but afraid to voice. Powerful and moving, this was great on audio read by the author herself. Much thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early audio copy in exchange for my honest review!
