returning to the world of the green bone saga since i finished jade legacy more than a year ago, and this story made me teary-eyed. it was so lovely to be back in this world, and to see it from the perspective of a character not immersed in the green bone clan life! the cameos from hilo, lan, and ayt were awesome! i’ve missed those characters and this world and this was a lovely addition to it!
