What is it with graphic novels that leave me wanting more?

This is a sweet and magical read with likeable lead characters, an engaging plot and interesting world-building. I love that Sydelle is a strong badass female protagonist and found her blossoming friendship with Wayland to be well-paced. The book's greatest asset is definitely its rich, vibrant and colourful artwork. A fun ride overall!
