So the David and Goliath story that the book opens with was fantastic. The story is convincingly spun on its head. The rest of the book about "Underdogs, Misfits and the Art of Battling Giants" is occasionally interesting, but wanders all over the place with disparate stories that sometimes questionably and always only tangentially fit the theme. Stories ranged from the battle in northern Ireland, to impressionists, to dyslexics, to the bright student who had a hard time at Harvard. I listened to this or wouldn't have gotten through it. The stories tended to be repetitive and out of context, and most weren't that interesting. He kept trying to reinforce the central theme by stating it, which wouldn't have been necessary had it been a tighter more interesting book.

But for sure, read the David and Goliath story.
