The Kingdom of Cain: Finding God in the Literature of Darkness by Andrew Klavan

hopeful inspiring reflective medium-paced

5.0

The last 20 pages alone are worth the entire read. The first section is a great history and analysis of famous murders and the art they inspired. The second section is a reflection on spirituality and life from the Christian perspective within the context of the evil of the world. It ends with an incredibly interesting argument to answer the question of evil existing with an omniscient and benevolent God. Can’t recommend enough.
