Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers

5.0

Though you deny me, I love you with an everlasting love.

dude, this was a rollercoaster of emotions! picture this: michael hosea meets angel and bam! he's head over heels, willing to spend all his gold dust just to talk, to get to know her. talk about dedication, right?

angel's got this tough exterior from a rough past, and love is like a curse to her. she's been through so much that giving anything more than her body seems impossible. but michael doesn't back down, trusts in the Lord, and loves her like no other. i mean, he waits three years after she ran away three times! that’s some next level commitment.

the whole story is a wild ride of redemption. we're all sinners, and the book hammers home that the Lord’s love is relentless, forgiving even the stuff we think is unforgivable. it's a journey, man, making you question your judgments and teaching you to forgive. i'm usually judgy, but this book slapped some sense into me. who am i to judge when nobody's perfect? and forgiving? yeah, it's tough, but God forgives all the time, so why shouldn’t we?

the epilogue ties it up beautifully, showing how good God is. it's a 5-star read, hands down. life lesson and all, you know? it'll hit you in the feels and make you shout, “thank you, Jesus!” seriously, you gotta check it out!

Though fallen low, God raised her up—an Angel.
