Oh my word this book sucked.
I love the Wheel of Time okay? But this book - this book was terrible.
The plot might as well have been paralyzed from the neck down for how little it moved. Nothing happened. I repeat - NOTHING HAPPENED. I'm pretty sure I could have just skipped this book entirely and read the next one and understood what was happening.
How was the most interesting scene in the book Elayne taking a bath? I don't care how many different ways you can say the same thing, I'm really not interested in the trade routes between Illian and Tear.
I'm only rating it this high because I love Wheel of Time. Objectively I should give it 0.
