I was forcing myself to read this; the subject was not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be about evangelicism and its connection to United States internal politics and yada yada yada, but it was about a single congregation + reading about people who genuinely believe in God and live their lives through the Bible genuinely baffles me.
