"The Duke and I: The 2nd Epilogue" by Julia Quinn was included in the edition of "The Duke and I" that I read, but it shouldn't have been: it contains significant spoilers for the following books in the series.
This is not really a problem for me, as I didn't particularly enjoy Book#1 and have no intention of reading the other 7, but it could indeed be a problem for readers who actually like the series and want to read all of it, in the right order and without spoilers.
