Against the Wall by Julie Prestsater

1.0

This book had the potential to be really great, in a simple, chick-lit-y kind of way. In theory the story was really good, I mean as good as "Am I really in love with my best friend or is it just a rebound after my failed engagement?" can get. In execution, well, not so much. I'm not sure if there was a breakdown in the editing process or what, but there were typos galore. Shel got her HEA as I assumed but I couldn't really give it more than one star because the writing(and some of the phrasing that I do not believe anyone actually uses - such as "girl parts" and "man parts") was just so sub-par.

The book was free on Amazon as a Kindle edition so I guess you get what you pay for...
