I couldn’t tell what was real and what wasn’t, and neither could the main character. It felt like her mind was being toyed with, which added to the unsettling atmosphere. I loved how dark and eerie the story was. There was a lot of back and forth in the narrative, and keeping track of the characters could be tricky. You might even need to jot their names down to follow along. Overall, it was not a bad read.
