The Bronze Horseman
by Paullina Simons
Only worth it for the chapters on the siege on Leningrad.
The characters are rather one-dimentional and tedious at times. After many (needless and unnecessarily intense, in my opinion) arguments between the main characters, i can still not imagine what an everyday, drama-free conversation would sound like.
Overall an easy and pleasant read. The story works in my mind as a stand-alone, and therefore i will not be reading the rest.
