Marley’s family grew up taking family trips in their RV. For her brother‘s bachelor party he wants to do one more family road trip in honor of their mom. Marley is fine with this plan until her brother‘s best friend and her former crush shows up and joins the family on their road trip along Route 66.

This is MQ gold. Even though it’s from 2017, it’s still just as funny as her newer stuff. I’m so glad I listened to this while walking by myself in the country because I was cackling and gut laughing the entire time. Right up until the end when MQ adds this punch of emotionality only she can deliver. The humor provided by side characters was one of the things I love most about Meghan’s writing.
