I've been a fan of Sarah Dessen for a very long time, since picking up one of her books in high school. For more than ten years now, my favorite book of hers was Just Listen, and as much as I've loved almost every title of hers that I've read, I never expected that to change. But now, I can safely say it has. Along for the Ride is by far Dessen's best work to date. This will definitely be a book I revisit many times for years to come.
