WOW WOW WOW!
How have I never read a Pam Godwin book before? Her writing/storytelling is amazing! It was taboo and DARK, so definitely check your trigger warnings. But just… WOW!
The way the tension and chemistry was just bleeding off the page. Emeric and Ivory were everything. Emeric is a man obsessed and he would do absolutely anything for her. I thought the age gap would bother me, but I honestly didn’t even notice it. This is definitely a top read of 2023 for me.
