So scary! This is a middle grade fantasy/horror novel set in present day Ireland. It's like The Hunger Games with evil fairies and put me in mind of John Carpenter's The Thing which was disturbing and put awful images into my head. Having said that, I did like the book-a lot. It's well-written and the author did not write down to his intended audience.
