I gave this book eleven chapters before I gave up. The problem: the only person in the book I could vaguely like was Jack (CS Lewis), whom I already knew I liked, and I even liked him a bit less in Callahan's portrayal. I guess I'm glad that Lewis found happiness with Joy, but I found her whiny, self-absorbed, and less intellectual than she wanted people to believe. There are lots of other issues, but I'm moving on. Too many good books to read...like more Lewis and less Callahan.
